NOTE:
If Combinations are booked for month(s), you can get in QUICKLY by splitting your sessions. Simply book your massage appointment online (per instructions below). Then email us back with name, email, Groupon #, Phone # and preferred days/times (not specific dates, be general). We can usually get you an acupuncture spot quickly. We have 20 extra hours each week (that you won't see online)
Go to Insight Wellness's scheduling page.
- · Click "Make an Appointment"
- · Click "Select a service to schedule an appointment" (the print is orange).
- · Choose "Groupons & Specials"
Then choose from:
o "30 min Massage (Special)”
o "Acupuncture (Special)”
o “Acupnctre. + 30 min Mssg (Special)”

· If you don't see the availability you want - go back and check the other options
- o The days are colored dark blue and are underlined.
- o Underneath the calendar are links to Other months. Dates that are available are colored dark blue and are underlined.o When you click on your selected date:
- § A list of times will appear. Choose one or go to another date.
· Enter your details in the empty boxes. Click inside the box and type First Name, Last Name, Contact Number, etc. Email and phone must be valid so your receive confirmation and reminders.
Please include your Groupon number, Redemption Code, and/or Gift Certificate Number in "comments." Do NOT leave special requests - instead please email us.
- Click "Continue"
- "Confirm your appointment"(in orange) will appear.
- Review details
- If correct, click "Confirm Appointment" button.
"Appointment Confirmed!" will appear. If not, you did not finish the process.
- Read all confirmation messages, review directions, cancellation policy, etc.
- "Cancellations and changes require a 24 hour notice. Failure to cancel with adequate notice results in a cancellation fee or loss of ALL prepaid sessions until fee is paid.
- If you do need to make a change or cancellation, you can do so by calling Insight Wellness at (704) 336-9277 during regular business hours, which are 10:00 am through 6:00 pm M-F 10am-2pm Sat.

o Finally, if you are an acupuncture client, please download, print, and fill out all necessary forms, which you can find at Insight Wellness's "Forms & Downloads" section. Please bring all forms to your first appointment. You may also fill out your forms online by clicking HERE
