How to schedule your appointment:
1) Check the Online Schedule -This is the best option to find massage only, or combination sessions.
PLEASE NOTE: Online scheduling only shows 50% of availability. There are 20 extra hours of acupuncture only slots. These must be made by Tom, manually, and are not visible online.
A) Choose from "Groupons & Specials" or for regularly priced services, choose "Insight Wellness"
B) Choose from the Available Services (most specials allow you to book acupuncture & massage separately OR together as a combination session.
C) Choose which staff person you prefer (If Groupon or Special, choose Christy for 30 minute massages or Tom for Acupuncture or Acupuncture + 30 min. massage).
D) Look at the availability and choose the most convenient time and day.

How to Use your Groupon:
You will now be able to book up to 90 days ahead. Please include your Groupon # when scheduling. October 2010 Groupons have expired.
PLEASE NOTE: If scheduling says "unavailable" it means that online booking is completely full for 90 days.

2) If online scheduling says - "Unavailable" schedule is booked. Email your name, Groupon # & Booking Preference, and we'll schedule for you. For fastest service, please email.

Please do not leave special requests with the online scheduling system. Please click "Contact Us" on the Website to make any Special Requests. We need at least 24 hours notice for Special Requests.
- Remember to include your Groupon # with all bookings.
- After you Book online, You will receive an instant confirmation email. You will also receive a reminder email 24-48 hours before your visit. If not, check your SPAM folder.
Frequently Asked Questions:
- Can I share my Groupon? No. Groupons are “non-transferrable.” This means one person per coupon.
- Can I give a Groupon as a Gift? Yes! You can buy up to five Groupons to give as gifts.
- Is Gratuity (Tip) Included? What do most people tip?
Groupons save you about $170 off the regular price of these services. Tipping is not included in the $59 Groupon Special. Most clients choose to tip as they might for Hair/ Nail appointments, or for Dining out (10-20%). Please Note: We do not use Credit card processing at our Dilworth location. Cash and check are acceptable. Most clients tip between $8 and $20, depending on the length and quality of the Service. - What if I need to cancel or change my appointment?
You may Cancel online, with more than 24 hours notice. Cancellations and changes require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Otherwise, that session may be forfeit(ed) (lost). You may always choose to pay the cancellation fees which are $25 for visits under 1 hour, or $40 for for visits over 1 hour. - What's Covered by my Groupon Acupuncture session? General Pain management (Muscular aches and pains). Also, General Relaxation and/or Stress management. If there's a medical Diagnosis or name for your condition, chances are it may be considered "systemic" or a "disease." Those things require much more Assessment, effort, and multiple treatments. The pain and Stress management treatments are more "introductory."
You can still seek treatment for non-covered issues. Though the focus of the Groupon special is limited, Acupuncture services are not. A good anaology would be the difference between a Tune-up and an Engine Rebuild. The Groupon covers the "tune-up."
